When can I pick up my order?

As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email to let you know. Remember, DO NOT head to the pick up until you have received a "Ready for Pickup" email!

What day(s) and time, can I pick up?

Pick up is 7 days a week, from Noon-8pm EST, EXCEPT holidays!

Sometimes my Momma has a Dr appointment during the day and I will post in the CWS Print Shop group on FB when pick up arrangements need to be made.

When will my order ship?

We are printing Monday-Friday and we ship Monday-Friday. Your order will be shipped (or ready for pick up) on the 3rd business day.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for 7 days, starting at the time that we notify you that your order is ready for pickup. If you do not pick up your order in that time frame, we will dispose of the order as we do not have room to hold orders longer than that.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All communication should go through email.

If you want to change the order, you can EMAIL as soon as you realize that a change needs to be made. If the order has already been processed, no changes will be able to be made. Please note that, depending on the change requested, we may need to cancel the original order and place a new one.

If you want to cancel an order, you can EMAIL as soon as you realize that it needs to be cancelled. If the order has already been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Also, we cannot cancel or refund custom orders including single transfers/stickers or gang sheets.

Can I have someone else pick up my order?

You can designate an alternate person to pick up your order when you are placing the order. You will need to provide that person's first and last name and they will need to provide your order number upon pick up.

We do not accept the following forms of payment:

• CODs
• Layaway plans
• Merchandise Return Cards

Important Payment Information:
• For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
• Merchandise Return Cards are valid for in-store purchases only.

Do you offer discounts?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts on our products at this time.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the US including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico!

We also ship internationally BUT please contact us before placing your order as the website may not give you an accurate shipping estimate.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Our orders ship 3 business days after payment. We ship via USPS or UPS. Depending on the size and weight of your order, it will take 1-5 business days to get to you.

NOTE: We are not responsible for the delivery time of your order.
